Safety, Security and Peace of Mind for Our Customers

We’re committed to providing a safe and drug-free workplace. As such, we employ mandatory pre-employment, random and for-cause drug testing. We also have independent background checks performed on employees consistent with the requirements of our corporate customers.

Our Executive Safety Committee is made up of our owners, division managers, field superintendents, safety personnel, human resources and executive management. This committee meets biweekly to review the results of our field safety audits, discuss emerging safety issues and evaluate the overall effectiveness and performance of our safety programs.

The OSHA ABC STEP (Safety, Training and Evaluation Process) program recognizes contractors on an annual basis for company-wide safety performance.
